Five Journal Prompts for Reconnection

February has brought cold and gray to much of the US; we all could use a little self-love to warm us up right now. Use these prompts to help you feel more connected with yourself. If you have two minutes, choose one!

  1. What would you want a best friend to say to you today?

  2. Write a lunch box note to yourself. Cut it out and put it on the table for you to see at lunch!

  3. List three things you love to do for yourself.

  4. Which love language speaks to you the most and why? Words of Affirmation, Quality Time, Acts of Service, Gifts or Physical Touch.

  5. Transport yourself to a place in the world you’ve visited and loved. Describe it in as much detail as you can.
