Ten Writing Prompts To Reconnect With Yourself

It’s hard to find time to focus on yourself. Self-care can feel like a pipe dream on days when you are running from work to childcare pickup to “What in the world are we going to eat for dinner?”

In truth, we need less time than we think. Taking five minutes to write in a journal can do wonders for our stress levels and can help remind us of who we really are when it feels like that woman is a little hard to find.

Don’t know what to write about? Set five minutes on your phone time. Pull out a pen and journal. Don’t have one? Grab a piece of paper off the printer. We are not being precious here, we are simply trying to get thoughts out of your head and onto the page. Try one of these writing prompts if you’re not sure where to start.
